So often in life we become distracted with things that are not important to us. Hours can go by before we realise how long we’ve spent on social media, reading emails or watching TV. Whether in the form of entertaining pastimes or unwanted interruptions, we can thoughtlessly give away our attention from what is most meaningful in our lives.
